Curt, I have listened to both Quick Tips and they are as true today as they were 30 years ago when I was in a high school speech team and in some drama classes in high school and college. There is also a huge difference between being loud and projecting your voice on a stage. Your comments about dropping the volume are very true - I notice that the infomercials where someone "yells" at me are the ones I switch off the fastest! Thanks. Lisa
